MR Semicon Inc. was formed in 1987 as the US division of MR Semicon Ltd. to market and support Metals Research / Cambridge Instruments Crystal Pullers and MOVPE Systems. It also marketed the Malvern Instruments range of bench top cutting and polishing equipment along with T. E. Brown (Barrington) Ltd's research crystal growth systems.

Today MR Semicon Inc. is an independent privately held US Company Specializing in bench cutting & polishing equipment and research crystal growth equipment. We still support the MR/CI pullers and MOVPE systems and occasionally have fully refurbished units available with technical, service and warranty support.
